A rare spring batch, available for two weeks only. Our aged Vivace, one year old, is sharp and fruity with a well-balanced lingering finish. Molto Vivace is a fabulously complex aged cheese to enjoy with red wine, spicy jams or chutneys, thin sliced salami, or a fruit and nut bread. We normally have Molto Vivace only from Thanksgiving to Christmas, but we reserved a few wheels for Memorial Day this year!

NOTE: A la Carte orders must be a minimum of 1 pound (total) of cheese. Please select a combination of cheeses weighing at least 1 pound.
