Molto is back! Our aged Vivace, one year old, is sharp and fruity with a well-balanced finish and a light crystalline crunch. Molto Vivace is a fabulously complex aged cheese to enjoy with wine, spicy jams or chutneys, thin sliced salami, or a fruit and nut bread. Molto Vivace is a seasonal special available only from Thanksgiving to Christmas.
