The Small Charcuterie Board features three of our current favorite cheeses and a stick of salami - perfect for an evening with a few friends. Our selection includes a half pound of Aged Bloomsday (sharp with a complex lingering finish), a half pound of Vivace Bambino (mild and sweet - a crowd favorite), and a wheel of Celeste (slightly funky with a lactic tang). We pair all this with a stick of Oui Charcuterie salami, made here in CT from heritage breed hogs.
