Hooligan washed in the red St. Croix grape skins and mash leftover from our neighbors at Priam Vineyards. Festive and purple, this special washed-rind variety is a true showstopper on any cheese board. The fermented fruit skins permeate the funky Hooligan nature and add a truly delightful fruitiness. Drunken Hooligan is available in limited quantities per batch so we suggest grabbing it while you can!
