Four Cato Corner cheeses took home awards at the Big E Northeast Gold cheese competition in July. Sample them all together! This package includes 1/3 lb of each variety. The cheeses include:

• Aged Bloomsday - our top selling aged cheese has a cheddar like bite balanced with a touch of sweetness and a lingering complexity

• Cornerstone - our native culture cheese is supple textured and medium sharp with notes of yogurt and green apple. Cornerstone is the fullest expression of our Cato Corner terroir!

• Celeste - our super popular lactic bloomy rind with white molds and yeasts on the rind, Celeste has a smooth, cheesecake like texture that softens as it ripens.

• Hooligan - our signature stinky cheese! These late spring batches are more accessible, with only a moderate pungency and semi-soft paste.
