We’ll start you with a milder cheese like Dutch Farmstead or Womanchego, add a chunk of something stronger like Aged Bloomsday or Dairyere, and round it off with one of our washed rind specialties like the award-winning Hooligan (or a piece of our delicious Black Ledge Blue if Hooligan is not available). NOTE: Our Wooden Cheese Box (available as an add on) is a sturdy, beautiful round wooden form, traditionally used to form freshly made cheeses and prepare them for aging. It is a pleasant gift presentation for our cheeses and will stand up for more creative uses long after.
